I can’t name every food related post “Today’s Culinary Adventure”. Too confusing… Maybe I should number them? Maybe stop posting them because you DGAF
? Today, I’m doing a roasted spatchcock chicken (for the juveniles, he said “cock”
) with homemade dressing and fresh green beans with some diced homegrown Serrano peppers for a touch of heat. I sliced an entire stick of butter into tiny slices and stuffed it under the skin. Starting at 425 for 20 minutes to crisp things up then dialing it back a touch so the dressing doesn’t overcook. Making it up on the fly. Wish me luck…
