This was built for me by Jem - a single builder over in England associated with the Hamer Forum. Alder body, WB Custom PAF pick ups, Gotoh bridge and coil splitter. 1.75" nut. This thing has a huge neck but because of the shape is very easy to play. Fantastic upper fret access. This thing sounds great.

Nice! Always wanted to try one of those, would you mind sharing what you paid for that one?

Does he use those headstocks exclusively or can he do different ones?

More or less £££ than a Suhr?

In the neighborhood of $1500 USD if I remember correctly. Depends on the exchange rate at any given time.

Waaaaaaaay cheaper than a Suhr. He can do different headstocks.

For the money these cannot be beat as they are completely hand made.

Very cool guitar man! It reminds me of a cross between the McNaught D+ and the old Hamer Californian. Good prices too, judging by your latest post! Congrats and HNGD!

See those cool jet intake looking body carves around the horn ? Those things give awesome completely uninhibited access to the upper frets.
On top of that most builders have a square edge to their necks on a bolt-on guitar. This neck is sanded down to where it is more rounded up there - again an improvement to the neck shape that adds to upper fret access.
