Custom shop soloist or Prs Me Quatro

I am really up in the air guys. I have a tuff choice to make,make your thought's known.

1.Custom shop soloist.

or

2. Prs Me Quatro.

The ME quartz is a fantastic guitar. The new finish, and neck shape are a great addition to what was already a great guitar. I just sold one that was an absolute dream to play, and absolutely beautifully.
 
I personally would rather have the prs, i owned some nice custom shop jacksons over the years but never loved them enough to keep them more than a couple years.
 
Jackson. Got a really nice Custom Shop Soloist comin in the next couple weeks. Barry knows all about it. I'll stop by with it when it gets here!

Are you going to order a new custom soloist or is this one that has already been built?

The reason I ask is I have been waiting two and a half years for my custom shop king V and its just a KV2 with a string thru bridge. Nothing with crazy specs. :cry:
 
Plank Cranker! It depends on whether you are simply after the best tone you have ever heard. I have a large collection including ME1 and the ME Quatro. Recently we did a shoot out over a short period with quite a few players.I have never seen a guitar impress so many like the ME Quatro. The Quatro you'll keep for life and it will make you smile when you girl chucks you. If you dont have a broad then you won't need one. The soloist will go out of fashion with the toilet furniture. It ahs to be the ME Quatro!

Yes,Ordering a new one in the granite rock finish if thats the way I go. I was told 6 to 9 months,but I know how that goes.

Man if I where you I would be on the phone to find out whats going on, that does not sound right way to much wait time.
 
If they're similar coin, get the ME Quatro. I'd rather buy a non custom shop soloist in snakeskin or something like that (I own one which I LOVE by the way) and have both of them eventually.
 
Between those two i think PRS Me,but i am unfammiliar with the dalbergia neck.
 
The ME Dalbergia is simply Indian rosewood. There really is no comparison in sound, the ME iis the outright winner!

I love my Soloists. Still my number one. PRS kicks ass on many levels too. Shit, even the Korean stuff is pretty good. Much better than the Jackson import stuff IMO. I have played quite a few USA PRS and they feel so damn good in my hands. The one thing I can't get over is how easy they are to play. I am referring to the custom 24 but I am sure the other models kick much ass.

Still love my USA Jacksons. :yes:
