Anyone have experience with one of these? I love Strymon's pedals, so I figure I will like this. What are the negatives/positives..and does anyone have one? These things seem to be hard to find without going broke over it.

Oh man, yeah they discontinued those a while back. I owned the Solid Metal for a couple of years, and my buddy has owned it for the last 3-4 years. Sounds AWESOME!! All the videos and clips Ive seen/heard of anything from damage control have sounded awesome, but yeah...not exactly cheap or easy to find these days.

I have one. Haven't used it in awhile, though. It sounds great...

I have a Glass Nexus a long with the original Timeline..

The Nexus has enough delay for me so hardly ever used the Timeline.
The biggest Pro for me is that it is the most transparent effects unit I have ever used and owned..

You can run one of any of the modulation effects a long with the reverb and delay at the same time.

The only negatives I can think of is whether or not the modulation effects might meet someones requirements..
And the Modulations only have 2 control's Mix and Speed/Rate of effect..
So if you need 20 knobs for a modulation effect it probably isn't for you

I would think like the new Timeline an updated version of the Glass Nexus should probably be next from Strymon
