This is great to hear, Daniel Penny is a free man and was just found not guilty of negligent homicide, the remaining charge that was left. NYC braces itself for the riots that are going to ensue...
Can you elaborate ?Perfect example why ive never been to New York.
Neely had a history of being a violent schizophrenic, things weren't going to end well for him and thankfully he was stopped before he hurt anyone else. He was one of those types that if you did try to give him $20 out of the kindness of your heart, he'd take it and assault you in the same breath.I looked up the case yesterday to see what it was all about. Not sure how current law would've rendered him guilty but my personal feeling was the whole situation could've been avoided with a dose of human kindness. A $20 bill for something to eat and drink seems like it would've solved the situation but I wasn't on site to see exactly what happened. I know dude was saying he was hungry/thirsty and didn't give AF anymore. Big cities are becoming bad places these days. It's unfortunate to see places like LA, which was basically the pinnacle of human achievement in terms of civilization turn into cesspool via corruption and bad management.
44 times to be exact. The 30-year-old vagrant, who once performed as a Michael Jackson impersonator, had been arrested dozens of times – including most recently for vicious assaults on subway riders, court records show.
