Dave Portnoy...... One Bite Everybody knows the rules...... gives a 9.2 at CERES NY *_*

Portnoy and his 1 bite reviews are bullshit. Just my opinion but it's not just 1 bite, and he has given pure shit pizzas high scores. All credibility lost.

I mean........ I want to lean in and say yes making Neapolitan style pizza myself.....



But honestly the dude and The Prez...... or the other Prez..... knows whats up with pizza.....

If he ever came up to my place I would make them as good as I make them for anyone and maybe I wont get a 8+ score...... but for me a 7+ would be the world and more than enough for the Neo pizzas I make......



And Daves taste isnt just limited to Americans/America or New Yorkers...... plenty of people from Naples/Italy even enjoy and love a good bake and it goes a long way especially with extra char or "the right amount of char/carry" ; )
 
Also I have to respect the Chefs here......

Honestly short of what these two guys are doing in NY.....


iMO your probably not getting better out of NY/Italy/Naples.......


A lot of guys and places are pure hype/BS but these guys are the real deal IMO..... Portnoy knows whats up ^_^
 
You have some places like Pizzeria Sei in Los Angeles, Nardo in Newport or Uno Pizzeria in NY......



A lot of these places seem bougie and really over rated and overhyped......


But this stuff looks pretty good and Im impressed.
