Was playing the fish preamp today and it just stopped making noise, so I swapped all the tubes and it still didn't work.
Then I noticed a black ring in the bottom of a couple tubes.
Strato/brown are dead and clean/shark work.
Sent an email to bogner but I wonder what it took out.
Usually I would just tear into it but I really don't want to mess with it.

Sounds like something I would personally take to a tech.
Maybe you are a tech and need tech advice - so free bump

Turns out two preamp tubes actually went at the same time and mass confusion set in with the tube layout.
Mistakes were made. lol
In my defense, the fish has 8 preamp tubes...
