Dean's latest "Select" offerings - Any experiences?

I've had a major hard-on for these Z's... I've owned several Explorers, but these check all the boxes!

My biggest question has been Floyd, or no Floyd. But, that's just a small hurdle... I do love my Jackson with a Floyd, and actually have started to prefer them, but the black is sexy as hell too..

Good pickups are a huge plus - Duncan Customs are the shit!

Anybody play one/own one? I'm haggling on a used blue quilt on Reverb, and am about to pull the trigger! Looking for some opinions...

I played a used Z Select without a floyd with the quilt Trans-Brazilia burst at Guitar Center. Was used for $599 I think and it sounded and played great. It was a new production one from this last year with the satin neck. I own a USA Dean Z Time Capsule (flawless) for comparison and was impressed with the finish and fretwork of the Indonesian made Z Select.

The used one was about a week ago at Guitar Center in Arlington, TX if you wanna look that one up, they may still have it.
