Delay pedals - analog or digital?

just the truth bro,....hey,..maybe you and others prefer digital delay!!....i use it (digital) for recording and mix down,..but for guitar!!,...fuck no!

depends...are you putting the delay in the amps fx loop or in front?

i seem to like analog in front input for delays ontop of clean tones
and digital delays in the fx loop for delays on the amp gain channel

unfortunately for me, my amp has a finicky loop (parallel and line level) so the only delay i could find that wasnt rack with line level options + kill/dry functions was the eventide timefactor. not hte best but not the worst either.
