I believe this is a V2, as it has the side input/output jacks. V3 and up are the top-mounted jacks. I've found this one to be the best of the bunch. I found both V3 and especially V4 to be on the muddy side, and WAY too much output.
Non-original box for it, it's in excellent condition. $125 PPG.
