It was just a joke, Donnie, and hardly report-worthy in OTC IMHO.

I've taken the liberty of restoring your OP. I had to change the title from memory, but I think I got it right.

You invited actual derailing (not just a single post of a link) by removing the OP, replacing it with a pic of a derailed train and altering the title to "Derailed". All context and reference to the subject matter would've been lost.

Er... editing, deleting and moving posts are the most-frequent actions taken by mods the world over.

You want official policy? From the Terms and Rules document linked to at the bottom of every page:

"We may remove or modify any content submitted at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice."

As they say in the classics, "... so there's that."
