Does anyone know if there is a depth/resonance mod for a Mesa 295 Simul Stereo power amp ? I'd like a pot on the front face to dial in how much I'd want rather than a fixed resistor value. Thanks !!!

Don't know about a mod being available, but it can easily be done. I actually thought if I ever had one of those power amps, I would definitely add a depth mod. It is simply a negative feedback filter between the presence control and negative feedback from the speaker output. If you google "depth Mod" you will find all kinds of diagrams and schematics on how to add them. The 'generic" parts are the 1Meg-A Pot with the 4.7n capacitor across it and the 0.1uF cap to isolate DC of the Pot. Less than 5 bucks in parts

My amp guy is telling me a 1 Meg pot will be like an on/off switch in a Boogie, it won't have a good taper to it, he's suggesting 100K OHM...any thoughts ?

I sent a PM. Use a 1 meg audio taper pot with a .001 to .003 cap across it. Done.
