DI through mic preamp - how much noise?

If you were to use mic preamp's DI/instrument input as a DI to record your guitar to computer, and then reamp it though high gain amp, would you get tons of unwanted noise to your signal or are mic pres usually so noise free that there's no problem to this kind of signal path?

I'm thinking of buying Warm Audio WA273-EQ which has instrument/DI input, which would allow me to easily switch between mic and guitar signal to record to computer using a single audio input. This is why I'm asking that will there be noise issues if I want to remap the guitar signal through high gain amp?

There should not be any noise issues using the mic pre's instrument input to record your dry guitar signal for re-amping later.
Where you might run into issues is how you feed the recorded di track back into the input of your amp for re-amping. The line outs from your interface are the wrong level and wrong impedance to feed the input of a guitar amp, unless there is an output on the interface specifically designed for re-amping.
I believe there are quite a few options available to do this signal conversion, at reasonable pricing, if you don't already have something suitable.

I have the little labs red eye which is built just for this and I’ve never had noise issues. I’ve used it with my 1073s mainly.

It is a challenge to gain stage everything right so you’re recording the direct signal hot enough so you have good signal to noise but can then send that back to an amp at a level that’s comparable to guitar level. It’s a process and I’d highly recommend investigating a device specifically for reamping. Even with one of those it takes some attention at setup to have it work.
