I just got mine. I haven't spent much time with it due to bronchitis but I think that video does a good job showcasing the D-Moll. I wish I understood German. I love mine and look forward to spending more time with it this weekend and playing it with my band.

Decent demo. Bit fizzy sounding but hey, that's what you get for a YT clip... The general terrain this amp covers is at least well discussed here (I understand German, which helps).

from what i've understood and seen it's basically an Einstein v.2 with the mid cut features and a third gain channel

I seriously do feel like dooky though. Plus I had my puppy spayed yesterday so I gotta traipse around the back yard with the pooch on a leash in the cold and snow and it ain't helping my sorry arse.

Not digging the tones there. YT vids suck, but there seems to be very little character in the tones I'm hearing. Generic.

He says that the amp is strong in the mids, the gain is usable over the whole range, with the mid-cut and deep pots you can get some seriously extreme sounds, and hints that the amp might also be interesting for people who would like something similar to a Herbert for a more affordable price.

I agree and on top of that it sounded fizzy too (for my likings). That could be due to mic placement. Perhaps an in room cam recording would sound better. The reviewer is raving about it though, but he is a sales man.

I had the chance to play the D-Moll yesterday @ the ValveQueen palace while she re-tubed my Fireball 100.

The D-Moll is a fantastic amp. So huge, thick, and round sounding, but it still cuts crazy good. Would love to have one for a test drive in a two guitar band setting to see how it sits in a mix against another rig. I am guessing it would be killer.

Definitely on my want list, though it will be a bit. Got axegod8185's VHT Pitbull incoming (another killer amp)!!!
