I recently got a 100 watt Einstein, I get really loud squealing on any volume louder than bedroom. doesnt matter what cab/cable/guitar i use... Ive even tried standing far away behind the cab/beside. Really bumming me out. Ive got the gain master and preamp not even past midway. making it impossible to rehearse.Cheers

You need to elaborate on guitar type, pickups, cabs , drivers, tubes and what what you have in front of the amp.
I ave a 335 in front of a 100 EINY with a FL 412 V30, that will stay calm with with palm muting and volume control. I can crank it with minimum feedback while running a NOS Bugle Boy ECC83 in V1.
This is completely the wrong tube to put in V1. (but it sounds good!)
Have you changed guitars? channels, gain levels, channels?

ive tried 3 different amp, guitar and cable combinations, all squeal at anything above bdrm level still, even tried at jamspace and at home. straight in no pedals, tone zone pickup once, duncan distortion, and a stock gibson v pickup. could be bad pre amp tube? i just got this guitar 2 days ago... has 2 kt 88 and 66s dunno i think he said its a mix match of power tubes. cheers

Where are you at on your preamp tubes? Take a known good 12Ax7 and start swapping from left to right (looking at the front of the amp)

Please send an email to peterdiezel (at) diezelamplification (dot) com

it is most likely a microphonic pre-amp tube. Does it still squeal when the volume on your guitar is turned all the way down and the amp is turned up? if it does then microphonic tubes are most likely the issue.

EDIT: i didnt see that you said it had mis-matched pairs of tubes.... Could be a factor but i highly doubt it. You should get a matched quad for it and new preamp tubes asap anyways. who knows how old they are or what they have been through you know?

can i change just 1 preamp amp tube at a time? h ow much should i be paying for a new tube?

12 to 14 bucks a piece for the ruby ones diezel recommends. But you should message peter and ask him what to do.

I emailed Peter waiting for reply. Bought 2 new 12ax7 and tried them in V1 and V2 still get squeal when i turn past 2 outa 10 master gain not even half way... Traded my Soldano for this, was expecting to be ripping it up :(
