Diezel Hagen and MB Badlander 100

Really interesting. I fell in the love with the Badlander 100. It is such an awesome amp. Add a boost and it is Metal monster, too. I feel it is a great modern version of a 2203 with two channels, loop, clean and an extra gain stage. Awesome.
I was totally surprised when I recently got a 2025 Diezel Hagen. I never thought it would sound close, but I certainly is. This amp is killer. I have other Diezels which I love for other aspects. But I would not have expected this level of tightness and attack of the Hagen. Superhappy.

Differences show up if you boost these amps. But there's not much need to boost the Hagen.

Never boosted my Hagen.
But I bet with Ground Zero's amp builder ,you could add the Negitive Feed Back control.
Makes my VH4 LITE lite right up

Actually, the NFB control doesn't do a lot in the Hagen.

Plus 1 for the Hagen, my favorite amp. I had one for about 10 years, traded and instant regrets. Bought a new one last year and couldn't be happier. My forever amp, will out live me for sure.
