Hello all. I've attempted to contact the support email address twice with no response over the last week. Can someone point me in the right direction? My VH4 has died for the 2nd time since I owned it (10 years). The 1st time it was due to the transformer and it was fixed. I've received prompt responses in the past so not sure if I am using the correct channel.
