Diezel VH4 KT77

Hi, whats the recommended bias setting for JJKT77 in the VH4? Switch on EL34 or 6l6? Wheres the bias trimmer? Any Pictures? (sorry bad english ) Is there only one bias trimmer for all four tubes? I will use a Tubeampdoctor BM4 Biasmaster...
