Hello... I wanted to share this quick video and playthrough of my new Grote Semi-Hollow.
First and foremost, I am NOT a professional youtube content creator. Next, Grote didn't pay me in any way for this. Finally, I'm a dad of 3 kids that works in Corporate America by day but I've gigged up and down the East Coast of the USA in numerous bands throughout the last 28 or so years.
I wanted to make a video of this Grote Semi-Hollow guitar that showcases it's ability to handle high gain without feeding back. Yes, the playing is sloppy, but I literally made french toast for the kids and then recorded this without warming up. You can even hear them watching Voltron in the background. =)
I'm playing through my Line 6 HX Stomp running through a Line 6 Powercab.
Again, there's no fancy lighting, fancy recording setup. This was just recorded through the video camera in my iphone in one take.
