I need to get one to bias the Herbie. Link me to something I should buy, because I know nothing about this stuff.

Anything able to read 200mA DC Ampêres. 20 $. It also should have a diode tester which beeps when you put red & black together to check connections, cables and stuff.

Don't buy a Fluke for this stuff . . . .

This is what I was afraid of, I still don't know what to get

You can go to Radio Shack and spend $20-$25 on a good DMM to bias your amp
