Ok so I bought a used GSP1101 used. I installed the X-Edit software but I can't seem to open up the software. I downloaded the latest version of X-Edit from Digitech's site and it gets stuck on the opening which reads "Identifying Devices". I haven't been able to get passed this screen. Has anyone else encountered this?

OK i finally got it passed the first screen but now I'm getting a error message that says: "ID '596' is not a valid raw value for this parameter converter". What am I doing wrong?

Do you have the 1101 hooked up to the computer too or are you just running software?

it does have C63. I just tried your Link 81 and it's the same thing. I can't get it to open up.

1) try another USB cable.

2) use the correct x-edit version

3) all else fails, factory reset it.

No I haven't tried a factory reset. I was thinking a new USB but this one works fine. I can play through Ableton Live but I can't get Xedit to open. Also in Ableton how can I shut my internal mic on my laptop off? It keep picking up sounds, even after I disable it in Control Panel.
