If youre going to use it as a boost, its deffinately a great pedal but there are hundreds out there that do the same thing. What I did with mine was set it to a nice moderate output med-low gain and put it at the end of the chain left on all the time with my old 2100 900 marshall. Then I ran my Keeley SD-1 into it and kicked it on when I needed it. Kicked ass. Its the best pedal ive ever had for stacking. Its incredibaly dynamic and sensative to your touch especially in Rock mode. The Rawk setting is huge and fat. Probably the best for boosting. Very versatile OD. Lots of fun. As im writing this Im really wanting another one
