Hi Dave,
surely not the post point in time to ask a question when in parallel there is the Namm Show.
Anyway, lately I had an issue that I cannot make sense of. Been playing on the DS40 2017 specs for a while using a delay in the fx loop yesterday. At some point all of a sudden the sound was muffled and most of the treble frequencies were gone. First I was assuming it was the guitar cable /Fx loop cables/jacks. Changed all of the cables, changed guitar - still the same.
Using computers we all know that sometime resetting/restarting a system will solve an issue of that typer. Therefore I did the same on the DS. Switched on/off, let it sit for 2mins and flipping the standby switch everything was fine again and the issue hasn't returned for now.
Nevertheless I am concerned now that there is something wrong with the FX loop somewhere and that the whole thing might be back when I am on a gig. To me it sounds like a problem in the making. So any idea? Feedback appreciated.
Thx
Best Regards
