Hi Dave, or anyone else who may have this info,
I've read there may be a custom footswitch to go between the low & hi inputs, any details ?
What is the preamp tube layout & the function of each position ?
Any issue replacing the rectifier tube with solid state ?
Biasing power tubes, what are the recommended settings & location of the bias pots ?

Thanks

racksystems@yahoo.com You can't always count on people to check a forum for technical questions. If you need quick answers, I would guess email or phone is best.

oh... I would be interested as well... would anybody share the information? thanks!

1st tube is the 1st and 2nd gain stage. Main tone tube. Next the cathode follower, then phase inverter. You can use any 6l6 type tube. I bias the 5881 tube to 40ma per tube. I can make a switcher to go between the inputs no problem. You can use a solid state rectifier replacement if you like.
