Anybody have one out there, I am LOVING the clips, especially James Lugos...

So Dave or anyone how much does the amp go for new?

Thanks!

The first ones are being made now. They cost 2400.00. You can get a loop as a option. That is the only option. Loop is 200.00

So I've heard a few clips of the dirty shirley but can anyone tell me how clean this amp can get. Like say the gain is on 2 would it be voxish clean maybe? Thanks!

Dave, what's the build time/delivery time on the Dirty Shirley ?

I have been playing the DS at Tone Merchants and it is a killer amp, for the tones I dig which are crunchy 70's style rock it is the deal.

I'm seriously gassing for one of these. I'm trying to not give in but it's difficult.

Question:
- Does Dirty Shirley have tube rectifier or SS? If t has tube rectifier, is there a switch for SS (optional)?
Thanks in advance,
Oz

Tube and no

David,
For The Allmann Brothers, Joe Bonamassa, Gary Moore, ACDC, Zeppelin, Gov't Mule, etc., kind of music/tone, which one do you think will cover this ground better: Dirty Shirley or Marsha/Friedman?
Best,
Oz

Dirty Shirley for sure. The Friedman Brown eye can touch on that stuff also.

How would you describe the difference in Tone of a DS and a Marsha/BE? Thx!

DS is fat w/sag and is a more classic sound. Think Zeppelin or zztop etc.

Yeah original jtm 45 heads did not. So I went with that idea.

Dave

What is your preffered tube for the DS, KT-66's or 6l6?

What tubes would you recommend one to order if they are aiming for Zeppelin, AC/DC type tones?

I use sovtek 5881 tubes and they sound great in it.
