Hey Guys,

As you know I probably bought more pre owned Axe Fx Ultras than anyone in the past and had a standing offer to buy them for $1800 PPL Gift.

Today I have received 11 offers from guys wanting to sell me their Ultra for $1800 ;)

With the Fractal Audio Axe Fx Ultra Black Monday going on I am officially out of the Ultra buying business and In the Axe FX 2 buying business.

So please do not contact me with your Ultras for sale unless they are really cheap. Simple supply and demand, the demand has left the building... I have seen them as low as $1400 today and dropping.

Great piece of gear though.

Brad

best topic line ever

i've never seen the for sale section in the fractal audio forum so alive, it used to be lots of WTB etc... now have a look

http://forum.fractalaudio.com/classifieds/sale/

people selling ultras at 1500$ for a quick sale, craziness

g66 not yet properly updated, but it's on there .. 2299 euros for the II , ie 100 euros more than the ultra, and you can't buy the std or ultra from the website anymore

//
Waiting List
The price will be EUR 2.299 including VAT (1.931,93 excluding VAT). Please email info@g66.eu to get on the waiting list - everybody who was already on the Axe-Fx or Ultra waiting list will automatically be moved to the Axe-Fx II waiting list.

I don't know.... this guy seems to have the right idea.

I'd pay that for one.

maybe when version 3 comes out ;)

i mean inevitably there will be one i guess, to replicate even more minutely every detail/dynamic of tube amps minus the tube failure ;p

i guess the safe investment is and will still be in quality tube amps albeit minus the incredible flexibility and routing/tones of something like the axe

i was impressed by the ultra when i tried it, now let's see how the II fares, /me patiently waits for mark day videos =)
