he was this forumite from HCAF and a KILLER guitarist...... he had a band names Scenery Channel, I bought a their album a long time ago and man I was listening to it today at the gym..... fuck man what a GREAT BAND.....they play progressive hard rock/metal.

I wonder what's of him and his band..... I'd love another album.

really man? did you talk to him ? where is he hanging out? I just dropped him a msg the band's forum which from the messages dates I see, he replies them.

I invited him over, hope he comes.

No Joey, I havent spoken to him since the HCAF days...
 
Tom used to post at the Petrucci forum too. He would post clips of song clips from time to time. Killer player!

Awesome Tommi! good to have you around buddy. I was listening to Premiere the other day and just though of you and remembered our talks back at HCAF in the Mesa F-series thread hehehe.

Tommi how's life brother.... how's music? I see Scenery Channel is still taking a break?
 
Scenery is still on a break. I've been having some ideas but no complete songs yet.

After work, I've been spending my time on writing more radio friendly stuff which I'll release in few months... and so far there are no guitars at all :shocked: ... don't hit me :doh: :D

Generally my goal is to start writing songs to other people as well, as my ideas are quite diverse genre-wise.

Well, this project I'm working on it is quite straight-a-head club music.

I don't have my Mesas anymore, I still play my MusicMans to any box I may happen to have at my disposal. I still have my Vox AD15VT. I've been trying to find good direct sound, but I'm not sold on anything yet. Some good preamp and impulse is the best so far.
 
that's good man club music is very big up there in Scandinavia right? (well all of europe actually)

You're living off of that? making some bucks?
 
I'm not probably hitting the most club friendly beats. My angle has been doing rock-songs with modern pop and rnb tones.

I have a dayjob. Hopefully someday I get some extra income from my songs :)
