Do the Suhr Pro series...?

Not as a rule, but they definitely did some runs with the SS.
 
Some do some don't. All 3 of mine do but I looked for it when purchasing. Depends on what the dealers order. For the minimal upcharge its a no brainer IMO.
 
Stupid question, but how can I tell if my S6 has stainless steel frets? I always assumed it did, but I'm not the original owner. They feel just as nice as my Modern that does have SS frets.
 
You could email Suhr with the serial number and ask them for a copy of the build sheet. Im sure they would email it to you.
I see more and more ordered w/SS frets as people want them. At I think $100 upcharge and most dealers at 30% off list that means it costs you $70 for SS frets on your $2000 guitar. As I said thats a no brainer.
 
We used to offer stainless steel frets for an up-charge on the pro series guitars. If you send us a serial number, we can tell you for sure what we put on your guitar. Currently, most of our pro series guitars are getting stainless steel frets, and our website will list that under the specs for each guitar.
