Does anyone have experience with the Philtone Guitar Co?

I exchanged several emails with Phil before deciding to send a guitar for a Plek job. Phil answered my emails promptly. He received my guitar exactly 2 weeks ago and since then I have not heard from him. Sent him an email a week ago inquiring on the status of the guitar and did not received a response. His website says that he usually completes a regular Plek job in 2-3 days. I don´t want to bother the guy with more emails, but I´m wondering about the status of my guitar.

If anyone has any experience with him or how to handle this I will greatly appreciate the advice. My objective is not to create controversy. I just want to know when I can expect my guitar back. If takes 2 weeks or 2 months it is ok. I just want to know when I will get it back. That´s all.

Looks like his mom died about 4 weeks ago. Probably going through some family stuff.
 
Ive delt with phil a few times and he does good work, hes usually really busy and his work load never lets up. Ive called a few times in the last couple months to see if he could squeeze me in for a few min to check out a couple of my guitars but hes been too busy. I never did email him, i always call.
 
He refretted a LP Custom of mine about 6 months ago. Did a great job.

He's usually super busy.
He just went through some family stuff I think.
And he's currently moving into a new shop.

Call his shop instead of email.
