the whole system with the pickguard and the pups mounted in like Strats ?

I'm thinking about getting rid of the S/S/85 system in my MIA strat

I'd like a nive vintage sounding system with a nive humbucker in the bridge with medium output, not for brootals more so for pop-rock

what do you recommend?

thank you man...my bad I didn't search :(

s'ok bro, we all do it now and then ;)

I am trying to find a link for an H S S prewired but can't seem to find one at the moment.

From what I understand, they'll build you one if you give them a call. I've seen other places sell them on ebay and such in prewired sets, but I think you're better off going straight to the source.

For vintage style single coils in the neck and middle you could go with the Fletcher Landau Standard or Classics. Big and full, lots of chime, great clarity and still vintage in character. Awesome pickups.

For a medium output bridge, I would go with the DSH or SSH. 13k with alnico magnets, huge sound and clear, but not overly compressed. You will be able to hear what your guitar actually sounds like. The DSH has a double row of screws and is slightly smoother, and the SSH has the standard 1 row of screws and slugs and has a little more bite. That's the only difference between the two.

I can build a prewired guard with any combination pickups, CTS pots, vintage style cloth wire, CRL switch and pickguard color if you're interested.

Do you sell the Fletch Landau pickups individually, I only saw the full sets on your site?

I was thinking of going with 2 necks and a bridge as I wasn't sure I wanted the middle to be RWRP (Can't use suhr backplate with RWRP and some people think RWRP affects the sound in positions 2 and 4)

As for pickup recommendations, I did see someone on here had 2 Fletch Landau SC's and an Aldrich in the bridge, maybe he will chime in....

I can split up the sets for you and make a custom set. It's usually just easier to list them as complete sets on the website since that's how most people puchase them. But making a set for you would be no problem, just let me know in advance. If you wanted 2 necks and a bridge, I would have to order another neck from Suhr...since I'm down to only one set of each of the Fletcher Landaus right now. It would take about a week to come in. Just let me know!

For pop/rock I would suggest a set with V54s as single coils and a SSV+ humbucker. I had this combination in my old Haar strat and it was totally amazing.
