So far the only unit out there that works well in the 4CM setup is the Digitech RP1000. No the G System doesn't work well in that setup, I've tried. I've also tried the Line 6 HD500 and it did not work well, robbed my amp of tone, it was clearly noticeable. Is the M13 the same way or any better than the HD500?

Why is Digitech the only one's who have figured it out? Oh, I guess the Axe-2 does it, but I ain't spending money for an Axe.

Yes, it can. I had one but didn't jive with it...just had me doing too much tap dancing for my needs. It sounded ok though.

^^^This. Also the MIDI implementation is horrific.

i think it sounds great in 4CM. Too much tap dancing? Did you guys create scenes or stay in stomp box mode? You have 12 scenes (patches) that are accessable with one toe tap (plus 3 more virtual pedal boards of 12 more scenes each) - and 2 outboard expression pedals. I think its a great solution for the money.

100% agree. I dont think another product , even close to the same price point , does what that unit does. I think the effects , including the overdrives , sound fantastic. Very easy to set up , easy to use , lots of options and nearly every parameter is adjustable. Im not sure how some people dont enjoy this pedal

I think the key 4cm with this is to have an instrument level loop otherwise you lose on the effects return side of the amp because if iamp loop wants line level and the m13 is giving back instrument level then you have issues.
