I think he is based on recent developments in his behavior....the typing in huge caps, accusing people who disagree of being russian bots, threatening to fight other members, insulting mods, aggressive accusations made out of the blue, threatening a class action lawsuit against people (and the forum) for questioning his military service....he seems like he's on a downhill course, like he's not right in the mind more than he was previously.
