What do you do to mod Recto's and Roadsters? In terms of what do you do to the sound of the Mesa?

The mod tightens them up a bit and cuts a bit of the fizz. I change the feedback arrangement a bit also. Still sounds like a recto but just a better overall tone.

hey Dave- Not sure if this helps but I found this link in another forum. Its schematics to the Road King, which I understand the Roadster is very close to the same amp (w/our progressive linkage and only one loop). I'd really be interested in getting my Roadster modded if you think it can be done. Thanks!!

Dave, don't sell yourself short. That mod made my recto a thousand times more lively and less generic sounding. Sounded so damn good!
