So the serial number is R-004737 but it has a small logo the pins instead of screws the 8-16 8-16 4 ohm 4ohm backplate with attatched power cord but a parallel effects loop because it has 2 knobs instead of 1. So is it a rev G or rev F or a random in the middle one I have been all over boogie board and the only thing I can find is that it might be a left over shell and chassis? The price is 850$ let me know if thats a good revision to buy I don't want to let it slip out I owned a dual rack mount rectifier the thing slayed I am hoping to get that sound but with a more portable head

My 1994 Tremoverb is right around this number and in the same unknown version state. I will say it sounds heaps better than the 2000 I had. Like 2 different amps really.

I believe a parallel loop will make it a Rev. G in an older style head chassis.
Rev. F have a series loop.

well according to the rectifier lineage and the triple rectifier thread posted its a very early revision G possibly with the Mark 3 transformers but i won't be sure until i get the amp lol

Here is a weird thing to add to your confusion, I have serial #1544 and has small logo, pins, schumacher transformers, attached power cable, series loop with old mark series knob correct ohm markings and has a Rev G board. I also have #683 and its a Rev F both sound incredible and different. I assume the board could have been replaced but the serial number is older than any other rev g ive seen and it doesn't make sense. Oh well its killer either way.
My advice buy it.

The amp in question here is a Revision G, either late '94 or '95.

Those transformers have been known to blow and melt down boards. I'm betting if you call Boogie and ask, you're going to find out #1544 made a trip back to Boogie and had to have the board replaced with a Revision G board.

Hahaha I love it diezel monster thank you I am having a slight case of deja vu and I did buy the amp thanks

New world man do you have any other news about the rectifier I just bought are those transformers gonna melt down or anything? As we have seen from the great guitar center kings lol sometimes they know its broken and sell it anyway advice on this matter would be much appreciated : )

I had a 2 channel blackface chrome Chassis that was R-0046xx i think but it did not sound good to me I am hoping this 2 channel sounds better more like the rack rectifier I had which was in the R-0060xx that was the best sounding rectifier I have ever owned. But the clean channel lacked in ways that wouldn't be good for studio or live so I am working on a 2 head rig the dual I just orderd and a Laney GL50. That way I have 2 heads one for cleans and a marshally sound without the marshall and of course the mighty rectifier however my back up plan is if this thing sounds like poo I am just getting another rack mount rectifier and some rack processor and doing the four cable method. However I think God thinks I should keep the Mark V so we will see next friday when I have both amps and no girlfriend in town lol

@BrentSSL - It's a standard issue Revision G. Same transformers (if stock) that were used on all the later 2 channel models until it was discontinued in 2000/2001. That color scheme was originally factory (with the reverse) and then the traditional look you see today became standard. One that "late" in the run was probably a custom order from Boogie.

It most likely does not have mark 3 trannies, should be mark 4 trannies.

thanks guys anyone know what kind of transformers that would have been stock in there have been in there

Again, it should have the same transformers that a mk 4 uses.
