Dumble clone from late 90´s

Normally I´m not interested D-style amp but this amp has some kinda mojo, build by Gil Ayan 1999 and modded by Tommy Gougar. I have no idea what is circuit, maybe High Plate Skyliner, what that means...no idea?

I´m still learning to use it, so forgive me, and no "Politician" tone

This is hows it sounds with my Strat and pedals...
