Mine is better, b/c it's not a Rocktron one.

However, I have the exact same switch mod on mine. voicing for each channel.

Ah...my bad, I'm not at all clued on telling the difference between the Rocktron and the original Eggie TOLs (well, the auction says Rocktron ) ....am guessing the Rocktron one is worth less

I've seen the Rocktron IE4's go for <$900 even in the good economic times.

The easiest way to tell a Rocktron from a real Egnater IE4 is whether or not it has the "stacked staples" design to the left of the Egnater signature.

See where it says Egnater Amplification on the top right of the faceplate? Directly to the left of that is a "graphic" as I call it, and it looks like a staple row, as if you would pull it new out of a box to refill a stapler. All of the real Egnater (non-Rocktron) IE-4s have that little graphic/design, colored ones or not.

I see it now too ..I thought the easiest way was to just look for the word Rocktron
