Hi guys,

I just got my first Diezel today. First thing I checked was the bias, but I'm having trouble.
I do the right procedure, and can get a reading when setting my multimeter at 200 V, oddly, but I'm getting a "1" reading when I set it at 200 mA.
I tried a second multimeter, but it didn't work either. Amp was in the "run" position, fuse was taken out.
There must be something I'm doing wrong here... :doh:

Thanks in advance

Oh... it must not help that the clean channel is dead :aww:

Turns out it was a bad preamp tube (cracked).
V5 Return Driver position!
So to anybody having issues with your amp, be sure to check all your preamp tubes first!

Red probe - mA
Black probe - COMM
A=200m
Pull whatever fuse you want to bias a set. And you should be good.

Thanks,

Methodology wasn't the problem.
Turns out I had one multimeter that couldn't read current and the other one was broken.
