Why does it seem that almost every time I hear a random dude playing at a show like this it's more about "I'm gonna show everyone how badass I am" rather than demoing the amp?

Posted a video on this thing awhile back, I think it's fucking AWESOME sounding... first ENGL aside from the Savage (which I just always was curious about more than anything) that I've REALLY wanted to own...

Here's the video:



Guy is a great player and does an awesome job showcasing everything the amp can do...
 
So many balls.

I'm ready for the hairyball and the saltyball.
 
The clean channel and boosted cleans sound unusually good to me on this Amp.

Is anyone else hearing it this way ?

Could be the perfect Cab to fill out the low end but still.....

I typically HATE amp demo's for this very reason.

Play some riffs, hit some chords, do a few melodies, mute some stuff, articulate some arpeggios, play a complex chord or two.

Show us what an amp can really do instead of playing your widdly crap. :doh:
