Enjoying some lower gain Strat tones today

For the longest time, I've only used lower gain sounds to for practicing & trying to keep my technique clean, on stuff I'd ultimately play with with the gain cranked. The past year or so though, I've really gotten to where I enjoy some of those sounds. A sign turning 40 maybe?!?

Anyone else on a similar kick lately? I'm not getting rid of my VHT or Splawn stack anytime soon.
