Congrats! I had one of those Tremonti models and should have kept it. I really liked the Duncan Alpha/Omega set in that guitar...especially that bridge.

Congrats! If it plays as good as it looks; we have a winner.

glorious!!! that thing looks SICK...especially against the backdrop of that Driftwood! Congrats man!

Congrats! Looks great.

Do McCarty's weight a ton too? Just asking, trying to compare to a CU24.

Got to compare her to my LP today.

Observations:
Aside from the LP having super hot pickups, I'd say the PRS has 5% less midrange GRUNT, but like 33% more harmonic overtones. Also, the perfect intonation makes chords up the neck sound perfect...definitely not the case on the LP.

Overall I'd say it's a more harmonically rich/complex vintage 57 type PAF loaded LP...all while fixing all the tuning and intonation issues typically found on Gibbys. A tad smoother/more refined as well.

Awsome NGD! Those play really good, definitely a great find. The neck carves is spectacular on those. Fat sounding.
