ESP Navigator strat.

I saw this bad boy on eBay and thought it looked like a good deal, but I have 2 questions.

1.) How is the quality on the Navigator strats from the 70's.

2.) Does this one look like legit?

looks cool. expensive shipping but pretty rare guitar. Could be Ash or Sen which is like Japanese ash I believe. similar.
