EVH 1x12 cab?

anybody using the EVH 1x12 with the 5150III 50watt for home playing? I just got the mini a few days ago and I'm enjoying it so far...mostly playing at loud tv volume and it sounds nice. anyway, im using a recto 2x12 at the moment. it sounds good but I can't help but wonder if the 1x12 would be a better fit for my bedroom wankery.

While I don't have the 5150III 50W, I have the EVH 1x12 that I'm running a 100W head into that I play in my basement at various volume levels. It's a decent sounding cab for low to moderate volumes and I've read elsewhere that it pairs well with the 50W. The stock Celestion G12H30 70th Anniversary speaker is pretty bright in a good way but to my ears it lacks mid-range, so if you're running V30s in your Recto 2x12 not sure how you'd find the difference. If there are times you want that bigger bass I don't find the 1x12 delivers, the same 100W head into the 2x10 of an open-back combo sounded much fuller in comparison.
