Is the blue channel the same on the combo as it is on the head? Or is it voiced differently overall?

The blue channel is voiced differently on the combo - the combo is stealth voiced(?) vs the head which is just el34.
The badge in the front of the combo is IIIS.
The badge on the head is just a III.
