Hi!
Here's another video. I was curious to compare the mini EVH with the Marshall 2203KK and the Mesa in the same context. I did'nt change anything else, except the amp. The guitars are a bit louder in the mix...
Now i'm unsure...Rationally thought, the EVH Mini is all i need.... :)
For recording purposes at least. But it's also great live and for rehearsal.

Signal chain: Dean Stealth, Sommer Kabel, EVH 5150 III Mini, Vovox Kabel, Grossmann SG-Box, Celestion Vintage 30, Shure Sm57, Motu Audio Express

Check the other vids here and tell me what you think!

I have the 100 Watt Version too, but i like the mini better :D :rock:

Personally.... I like the Mesa and the Marshall mixed together. However, all of them sound pretty bad ass. Nice work. :thumbsup:

I really wish the 100 watt version had the same blue channel as the 50 watt version. I really like to EQ my clean channel a lot brighter and i cant do that on my 50 watt. That 50 watt blue channel is godlike though.

I wish the 100watt had a Resonance knob or a Depth Knob

@cphr3d Cheers!
@atrox +1
@DET1973 that would be useful
@Webb thanks

I will see, what i end up using on the new record :)

I really like the EVH.

The Multi-Watt clip confirms what I thought of the one I owned: its a fizzy mess. :thumbsdown:

Good job man!

Thanks! :)
I didn't dial in the Rectifier as good as the EVh, i think. But the mini is a very good amp!
So you sold your Rectifier again...?
Cheers, Simon
