Global EV sales hit a record 2.1 M in Sept 2025 — first time ever crossing 2 M in a single month!
YTD: China 9.0 M (+24%), Europe 3.0 M (+32%), N. America 1.5 M (+11%), RoW 1.2 M (+48%) = 14.7 M (+26%).
The electric transition keeps surging despite anti-clean-tech rhetoric from the White House.

Most Chinese EVs use lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, prized for being cheaper and safer. LFP batteries are dominant in China due to cost and safety, whereas NMC batteries are used for vehicles requiring longer ranges.

Zero cobalt in a LFP battery. Sorry Chud, find a new talking point...
