Hello all,

I am a long time lurker and few time poster over on TGP. I joined up this AM primarily because a user here is selling a piece of gear I'm interested in. However, I am faced with the "need 2FA and 50 posts" limitation so I'm unable to express interest in the item. Beside spamming 50 posts here with something inane...any ideas?

Hmmm.....That's a tough one..My only real amp is is my JCA 100HDM...Most of my playing is on a Kemper Powerhead. On there I like a lot of high gain stuff in order to hide my complete lack of talent.

Eh the rules exist to protect us from bots and scammers. Just be yourself and actually interact with everyone and you’ll be fine.

I know for a fact some people have worked to get to the post limit and still not be able to buy the item if people don’t want to engage in a sale. No one is obligated to do anything. Unlike over there, the classifieds here are free.

Huh. That's interesting. I've sold and purchased a guitar on there, but most of my transaction are on Reverb..followed by Feebay.

Jet City baby. Supposedly those are great modding platforms. I don't know about the Kemper Powerhead. Is that your basic Kemper profiling but with a power amp as the unit?

Which explains the initial ignorance you were apologizing for. Perhaps you should apologize for being a member of TGP and really own up to your mistakes like a man with a firm, strong, precise, tone filled picking hand would actually do....


But there is a solution. Yes get into a time machine and go back to when you first joined "TGP" and ask yourself where the time would be better spent. Youd have more than 50 posts by now wouldnt ya?

Yes. supposedly the 100HDM can be modded to be pretty darn close to a Soldano..some say the SLO,some say the Hot Rod...I've never modded mine in any way. As to the other question? Yes, it's the traditional Kemper "lunchbox" head with a built in poweramp. Supposedly 600w of Class D amplification. I don't know about that, but it's plenty loud enough to scare the sh*t out of my cats/wife/children (in order of importance).
