Alot of people, (unless they've followed Exodus in the older years), don't realize how sick of a guitar player Rick was in his prime. He was another Satriani student that became a fine player. I thought he was several notches above Gary, even though Gary's a killer riff-writer and was much more polished as a lead player back then. Rick was a beast.

Saw them In San Francisco in 1984 a year before the debut came out. They opened for Anthrax who had their original lead singer at the time and Raven headlined . It was the first crazy thrash show I attended
