nice setup! I might be interested in buying one of the roadcases like that with the rack and 2 heads, how heavy is it with all the gear in it? and how do you bring it to shows..? Do you bring a different rig or the same rig when you play in a bar lets say? (idk what kind of shows you're playing)

:2thumbsup:

Very Nice!

What is the rig configuration? (Stereo, W/D, W/D/W, Dual Mono)

How are you switching the amps?

The 2 head racks are pretty heavy, especially with the herbert in it (the herbert weighs like 70 lbs or something!) but they are on wheels, and roll extremely well. If I had to go upstairs, I could see it being a problem, for sure, as I am not a professional musician or anything with tons of people to do all that for me! haha. I don't always use my rack out, sometimes I Just bring my 5150 head and a 4x12, a guitar and a boost and thats it, really depends. My band has a trailor as well, so that helps a ton. I do occasionally put it in the back of my truck, but it is a pain with just 2 people getting it in and out of the truck. I've never been one of those guys that complains about moving gear though. If it sounds good, I don't care how long it takes to move or how heavy it is.

yooo zachman! I keep it pretty simple. The Diezel is my wet amp, while the VHT UL is my dry amp. The herbert gets the g major 2 in one of its parallel effects loops, while the herberts serial loop gets the ISP decimators channel 1, and the VHT gets channel 2 of the ISP in its serial loop. Both amps run through the RJM RG-16 in loops 5 and 6. The only other thing in my rack is an tubescreamer velcroed in the back of the rack in loop 1 of the RJM. Since the Herbert is MIDI, and my wet amp, I saw no need to "clutter up" the RJM rg-16 with the G major 2, I saw no benefit to that since I could do everything I need with it just in the loop of the Herbert. My main rhythm tone is both amps on, dry with no effects, both boosted with the tubescreamer. Main clean is a chorus/delay patch on the gmajor 2 with the herbert, and the UL on clean as well. Same with my main lead tone. I only use about 4 or 5 different sounds with the band I'm in now, so it works for me.

I'm sure I Could play around with the major and use it in both amps, but I Really don't see a need to. I mean, it sounds good to me?   For now it works great though. All being switched with a ground control pro.

Awesome Rig!!! I had a VHT with my Herbbie as well years ago. Soooooo GOOOOOD!!
