Rectifiers are well-known for taking overdrive/boost pedals insanely well, they’re great for fine-tuning the tone character of the amp. I’ve tried tons of boosters over the years, but the Fortin Hexdrive is still one of my all-time favorites. It doesn't cut the low end too much, just makes the amp tighter and more hairy. Below you can hear how it sounds!
