Hi all,

What are Your favorite and proven to work guitar stands/racks for multiple guitars to be used at home? I would prefer some low walls/separators between the guitars in the case. Explorer and Flying V must fit in as well.

There seem to be couple of similar options available in Europe:

Neither of these have the small separators at bottom edge of the stand though.

Due to space constraints i just went off the ground with the strich guitar hangers. Seem pretty solid to me and now I can put amps and guitar cases under my guitars.

Yes, I have 3 of them. I used to have the cheaper 5 guitar racks and they work good with foam padding but a couple years ago I wanted to get something that “looked” better and covered the guitars more. These do look good to me in the room and they have more cushion. Easy to reach for any guitar and they’re protected a little better.

Thanks for the comments! These Fender racks might be the solution for my guitars. 👍 It seems to be so that these won’t cause problems to the nitro lacquer.

I've run out of space on my wall using the single Hercules mounts. I need something like this.. do those hangers swivel around so you can turn them or are they at a permanent angle? Seem to be a great price too. Anything special about the way the secure to the wall?

They swivel 180' and are actually very solid. I decide the angle and how the guitars will display. I bought the STRICH wall mount for 10 guitars and because they come in sections that you snap together, you can sort of customize. So I have 7 on that wall and then will be putting 2 to 3 on another wall at same level. It is walnut metal finish which I mounted to a walnut board that is fixed into the studs so short of those hangers failing, it should be rock solid. I think even with string swing ( on which all these rip offs are based) you can pay x2 for their wall system but i bet all the hangers come from the same factory so there is always a chance that a weld could fail no matter what the company. I think if guitar shops all over the world use these sort of systems, the odd failure is a chance i am willing to take. I also have stuff under to sort of brace or break the fall of any guitar that "could" drop. Honestly, as much as i preferred the floor stand, it took up a ton of real estate in my small basement studio and i have a lot of analog gear / console and amps with a big drumkit in the room as well. I needed them off the floor and honestly, I love the look of it.
